Maintaining a water bag

Some water bags have an unpleasant smell and taste of plastic.

The engineers in charge of designing these products are now working to develop new water bags that don't pose this kind of problem.

To get rid of the unpleasant taste and smell, we recommend washing your water bag thoroughly after each use. Wash it with detergent and rinse thoroughly. The most important thing is to dry it carefully before resealing it. You might like to use one of the cleaning kits we have designed for you. It's an easy, effective way of cleaning and drying the inner tube of your water bag.

If the taste and smell of plastic still lingers, please feel free to request a product exchange at your local Decathlon store.
