This sleeping bag is guaranteed for 5 years from the date shown on the sales receipt. The product covered by the guarantee will be repaired or exchanged free of charge. This special 5-year guarantee will only be granted upon presentation of the product and sales receipt.
Sleeping comfortably in temperatures around 20°C, while CAMPING.
Wash your bag separately from other clothes or delicate colours; use a 1/3 of a dose of washing powder and wash at 30°C on a synthetic cycle. Unroll bag and leave to dry in a dry, well-ventilated place out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources or tumble dry low. Tip: a sleeping bag liner means you won't have to wash your sleeping bag so often which will help maintain its thermal performance.
Store your bag easily by stuffing it into its sack, feet section first. To keep it fluffed up, which will ensure good thermal performance, remove its cover and store somewhere dry.
Cannot be twinned with models available before 2017.
We label all of our sleeping bags with a "comfort temperature" which is tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in accordance with European standard EN 13537 of 11/04/2002. The "comfort temperature" is the lower temperature limit at which the user feels comfortable overall - neither hot nor cold - while lying in a relaxed position (temperature determined for an average woman under normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG ACCORDINGLY
What are the temperature "limits" at which it can be used?
Comfort limit temperature: the minimum temperature at which a user feels comfortable - neither hot nor cold - while huddled up in the sleeping bag (as determined by an average male under normal conditions of use).
Here's what you need to know about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not produce any heat. Rather, it retains the heat produced by the body. If you are tired and cold and you slip inside a cold, damp sleeping bag, you will probably feel cold no matter how good your bag! These temperatures depend on a person's ability to withstand cold (build, fatigue, etc.), his equipment (insulating mattress, etc.), the way he is dressed (if he is naked, wearing underwear, etc.), and weather conditions (damp, wind, etc.).
Tips to ensure greater comfort before getting into your sleeping bag:
Don't overdress (1 layer of clothing is enough). Keep your extremities warm: hats, gloves, socks, bed warmers, rubbing etc. A flask filled with hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (as long as there is no chance of it accidentally opening!) Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted to heat) but avoid making any movement that may cause a draught.
