    Worse tent I've ever bought

This has got to be the worse tent I've ever bought. Bits missing, ground sheet that didn't fit, only way to get the door to zip shut was to have the tent wonky, I know it was a cheap tent but I was really disappointed with it

    A camping bargain

My friend and I used this tent on a 3 night camping trip to Morar in December. The weather was mostly freezing and during the night the rain was torrential and the winds were frightening. This tent however braved all of the elements and did not fall apart or let in any rain. At that time of year in the highlands of Scotland it was too cold to sit in the 'lounge' area but was fine to cook in. We mostly sat in the bedroom area with a gas camping stove and were incredibly warm throughout the night. I highly recommend this tent

The waterproofing of the QUECHEA tents has been approved with a test of the full tent under a 200 liter water/hour/m² shower (200 mm of rain per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm Schmerbers) measures the waterproof rating of the fabric only. Our test verifies that no water can get through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel with a rotary table to expose each side of the tent to the wind. Tested in real conditions.

Care instructions
1 CLEANING: if necessary, use soapy water and rinse (water jet cleaning possible). Dry thoroughly before storing. 2 RESIN STAIN: very difficult to treat: once the stain has dried, carefully scrape off the resin. Apply an ice cube to the inside. This will make the resin brittle and it will be easier to remove. 3 STORAGE: après utilisation, ou nettoyage, ne ranger la tente qu'après un séchage parfait pour éviter le développement d'odeurs ou moisissures.
Storage Tips
Storage - after use or cleaning, store the tent only when completely dry to prevent the development of odours or mould.
Restricted use
Max sleeping width 60 cm per person.

Wind resistance

Like all Quechua tents, the waterproofing has been carefully designed, laboratory checked with the WHOLE TENT tested under 200 litres of water per hour and per m² (200mm of rain per hour!) and during our test missions. -- 2000mm polyurethane-coated polyester - Seams sealed with thermobonded strips - Polyethylene groundsheet 140 g / m² 5000mm of resistance.
