Care instructions
Take care of your shoes; cleaning them regularly helps maintain their efficiency for longer. Care: Use a nylon brush to remove dirt. Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not dry near a heat source. Do not machine wash.
Storage Tips
Store in a dark, dry and well-ventilated place.
Restricted use
Not suitable for mountain hikes.

Crosscontact sole
The design of the sole has been carefully researched in our laboratories and the special rubber formula offers the best compromise between grip and traction. The design of the Arpenaz 50 sole offers more grip than traction. Traction: consists of not sliding into loose ground (flat or hilly). Adhesion: not slipping on hard ground (wet or dry).
Which size should I select?
When taking up hiking, do not hesitate to take a size above your usual shoe size to guarantee an optimal comfort when walking downhill and to prevent your toes rubbing the tops of the shoe. Tip: nails must be cut short, and before descending, check that the laces stop the foot from slipping forward to the front of the shoe.
Field test
All our shoes undergo comfort and use tests carried out by users who are representative of our target market, in conditions identical to those found in typical use. Our "Missions Tests" put the product manager in contact with people who are not affiliated with Quechua to test, develop and validate the products.
Laboratory tests
Other laboratory tests are also conducted to approve the quality of the following components: Tearing of the eyelets and straps, stitching, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion of the sole and the components of the upper, accelerated ageing.
