Features

Crosscontact sole
The design of the sole has been carefully researched in our laboratories and the special rubber formula offers the best compromise between grip and traction. The design of the Arpenaz 50 sole offers more grip than traction. Traction: prevents you from slipping on soft ground (muddy or dry). Grip: prevents you from slipping on hard ground (wet or dry).
What size should I choose?
When taking up hiking, do not hesitate to take a size above your usual shoe size to guarantee an optimal comfort when walking downhill and to prevent your toes rubbing the tops of the shoe. Tip: keep your toenails short and check that your laces stop your foot from sliding to the front of the shoes before you start downhill.
