These sandals are advertised as switch, it with interchangable straps. I bought a second strap but the sandal does not have poppers onthe ankle, it is stiched down so not interchangable. bit of a fraud reallyBrand's answer :
I'm sorry to hear about your inconvenience with this Quechua sandal.
You can return your sandal and the switch strap to your nearest store or via the online process for an exchange or refund.
I have checked in our store and we have two type of this model switchable and non-switchable.
I have modified the name of the product, hopefully for tomorrow it will be updated.

Like a previous reviewer I am a teacher and these are brilliant as I am on my feet all day and often need to get quickly from one end of the site to another too.
I also find these SO much better than the VERY much more expensive sandals I bought for walking in summer. Unlike my more expensive - - sandals by another brand, these Decathlon ones do not cause my foot to slip within them when walking on uneven surfaces. It is just like walking in bare feet, but much more comfortable :)
