Composition
Flysheet: 2000mm schmerber PU-coated polyester. Bedroom: breathable polyester. Ground sheet: polyethylene. Fibreglass poles.
Tests
QUECHUA tent waterproofing is approved for the whole tent under 200 l of water/hour/sqm (200mm/h) for 4 hours. The water column test (=mm schmerbers) only measures fabric waterproofing. Our test means we can prevent any water getting through the seams, flaps, openings, zips, etc. Wind resistance: We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel and on a rotating plate to expose each side of the tent to the wind.

2 CAMPERS who want storage space for their belongings.

Tips

Care instructions
1 CLEANING - if needed, clean the tent with soapy water, then rinse (with a hose if possible). Then leave to dry completely. 2 TREE SAP STAINS - Can be very hard to remove Once the stain is fully dry, gently scratch it off while holding an ice cube on the inside of the fabric to make the sap brittle so it will come off more easily. 3 STORAGE - after use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould from forming.
Storage Tips
After use or cleaning, do not store your tent until it is perfectly dry to prevent odours and mould forming.

Features

Dimensions and weight Folded dimensions
Large room measuring 215 cm length by 155 cm width with max. headroom 110 cm. Storage porch in front of the bedroom door measuring 155cm wide by 80cm max. depth Weight: 3.8 kg. Cylindrical storage bag: 19cm diameter / 58cm long.
Pitching/folding
Classic dome tent assembly: poles set up with the bedroom, then flysheet fixed on top. Reverse movement to take it down.
Entry/exit
Its large door can be opened wide with a single movement.
Storage
2 pockets for storing you things in the bedroom.
Waterproofing
All Quechua tents are laboratory tested (the WHOLE TENT under 200 litres/hour/sqm and for 4 hours!) and field tested before approval. (PU-coated polyester fly sheet, 120g/sqm polyethylene groundsheet, all seams sealed using thermobonded tape). A breathable polyester inner tent under the fly sheet means you aren't in contact with the condensation that forms naturally on the inside of the fly sheet.
Ventilation
1 high rear air vent and 2 vents on either side of the door to allow air to circulate and keep the natural build-up of condensation to a minimum.
Wind resistance
We test all of our tents in a wind tunnel and on a rotating plate to expose each side of the tent to the wind. A properly assembled tent with all the stays in position around the tent should remain habitable;e under wind speeds measuring 50 km/h at ground level.
Poles Pegs
Hollow fibreglass poles. 5 mm galvanised steel pegs for good twisting resistance.
UV protection (protection against Ultraviolet rays)
The flysheet fabric is UPF 30 to filter UV rays. Please note: a large amount of UV can enter through a single open door.
Guarantee
All our tents are guaranteed for 2 years of normal use (your invoice or receipt gives proof of purchase date and price). In the event of a problem, have your tent checked at your local Decathlon store.
