    shame about poles
Really useful space with headroom 2 poles cracked - only used 3 times

Nice tent but poles need quality control or stronger - other tents with similar poles have lasted years

Waterproofing of QUECHUA tents is validated for the whole tent, under 200 litres of water/hour m² (200mm rainfall per hour) for 4 hours. The water column test (= mm schmerbers) measures only the impermeability of the fabric. Our test allows to prevent any passage of water through the seams, flaps, openings, zippers, etc. Wind resistance: we test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each face of the tent to the wind. Testing in real conditions.
Designed to
6 people going family camping and wanting a tent with 3 separate bedrooms.
2 years. Reparability: All our tents are repairable at the workshop of your usual Decathlon store.

Care instructions
1 CLEANING: If necessary, clean with soapy water followed by rinsing (water jet is possible). Perfect drying required before storage. 2 RESIN STAIN: very difficult to treat: Once dry, gently scrape the stain. An ice cube on the inside will make it brittle and easier to remove. 3 STORAGE: after use or cleaning, store the tent only after perfectly dry to prevent odour or mould.
Storage Tips
Storage - after use or cleaning, store the tent only after perfectly dry to prevent odour or mould.
Restricted use
Max. sleeping area 70 cm per person.

Living area
4.8 m² living area equipped with a bucket ground sheet which can be flattened at the entrance. Anteroom without groundsheet to leave shoes, etc. 2 plastic windows with curtains at the door. 1 large mosquito net at the door and 2 mosquito nets at the back of the living area. Pockets at the outside of the bedrooms. Clothesline above the window.
Assembly / disassembly
5 poles pass through the sleeves and are held taut with the pins at the bottom of the double-roof.
Sun protection
The fabric of the double roof filters UV radiation with a UPF of 30. Please note: a large amount of UV radiation can pass through a simple open door.
Double-roof lined at the level of the living area which allows to ventilate and limit condensation. Ventilation behind each bedroom.
Wind resistance
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable to expose each side of the tent to the wind. The fully assembled tent with all the guy ropes correctly deployed around the tent should remain habitable with a wind speed measured at 50 km/h close to the ground.
Like all Quechua tents, waterproofing has been carefully worked on, with the WHOLE TENT laboratory tested under 200 litres of water per hour and per m² (200 mm of rainfall per hour!) and during our test missions. -- Double roof made of polyester coated with polyurethane 2,000 mm - Seams sealed by heat-bonded strips - Groundsheet made of polyethylene 140 g/m², 5,000 mm of resistance.
Poles, stakes
Poles: All our fibreglass poless have a double quality control guaranteeing one of the best breakage resistance values on the market. Stakes: Excellent torsional strength (6 mm diameter steel).
