    Cheap mat for warmer months
    cheap not for side sleepers

This was my first sleeping mat i bought when i started wild camping again after a 30 year break.
Not a bad mat as long as its used in warmer weather and you sleep on your back.
Unfortunately i am a side sleeper and my shoulders where digging into the ground.
Used it in October on Dartmoor and it felt like i was going to freeze to death even with a foam pad underneath it. and it only got to as low as 5c .
So if you want cheap and decent summer +10c pad then this is it.
Have since bought a Exped Synmat 9 , this is 9cm thick so side sleeping is no problem and toasty warm when i did the West Highland Way in November with temps of -5.

Care instructions
Do not machine wash mattress, clean with damp sponge, if necessary. To dry, unroll and leave in dry, ventilated spot, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Storage Tips
Optimum storage: mattress folded, valve open.
Restricted use
Not recommended on sloping ground Size-Build: L<1.8m/XL<1.95m

Ideally, before setting up camp, you should get your mattress out, unroll it and open the valve to facilitate inflation. A self-inflating mattress inflates by itself up to about 80%. You will need to blow up the rest yourself so you can adjust the pressure to your desired comfort level.
