Protects from fine rain (polyurethane coated polyester roof canvas, polyethylene groundsheet 120 sqm) -- Warning, the seams are not waterproof: do not expect perfect waterproofing.
We test our tents in a wind tunnel on a turning platform to expose each side to the wind. A well pitched tent with all guy ropes rigged around the tent, must remain habitable in wind speeds of 40 km/h measured near the ground (force 5)
POLES, TENT PEGS
Poles: In full glassfibre that have excellent resistance to breaking. Tent pegs: In galvanised 5mm diameter steel for good resistance to torsion.
