Has been excellent so far- very warm, very waterproof. Went for a walk with my girlfriend the other day- she has a Canada Goose coat that cost aroun £800. She got soaked through in the rain and then got very cold. I was wearing this and was dry and warm throughout

I already have a number of down winter jackets from top end companies but wanted one which was waterproof so I didn't need to take an additional layer. The quality of build and design is as good as any jacket 2-3x the price. Very warm on its own and very waterproof. Still beading after an hour of standing watching kids football. Sizing is very large so for the UK you could go a size smaller as it is unlikely you would need additional down layers. Not really suitable for activity as it is very warm and heavy but perfect for watching sports or heading out for the evening. Been comparing this with NF, ME, MH and Canada Goose offerings and is equally as good for fraction of the price. I feel very snug and smug when wearing this. People get very envious.

I bought this for my partners birthday. Did a lot of research and chose this because of the fact it was down filled and waterproof. It was a immediate success for the inclement Scottish winter weather, kept him very warm and kept the rain out whilst looking very stylish. After wearing it or a week in Scotland it was then taken on a ski holiday in Switzerland and was actually fount to be too warm. This made him very damp with sweat which meant he was cold when we stopped for coffee/lunch till he dried out.
