Care instructions
Wash your sleeping bag separately from other clothes or delicate colours, use 1/3 of a dose of washing powder, and select a synthetic cycle at 30°C. Dry the sleeping bag by hanging it in a dry and well-ventilated place out of the sun and away from heat sources or tumble dry on low heat. Tip: a sleeping bag liner can be used to wash your sleeping bag less frequently and preserve its thermal performance.
Storage Tips
Easily store your sleeping bag by stuffing it in its bag starting at the feet end.To preserve its loft, which is necessary for its thermal performance, take it out of its bag and store in a dry place.
Restricted use
Cannot be combined with models from before 2017.

Temperature of use:
We indicate the "comfort temperature" for all our sleeping bags, which are tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) in accordance with European EN 13537 standard of 11/04/2002. The "comfort temperature" is the lower temperature limit at which the user feels comfortable overall - neither hot nor cold - while lying in a relaxed position (temperature identified by an average woman under normal conditions of use). CHOOSE YOUR SLEEPING BAG BASED ON THIS
What is the comfort temperature limit?
Comfort temperature limit: minimum temperature at which the user feels generally comfortable - neither hot nor cold - while huddled up in the sleeping bag (for an average male user under normal conditions).
However, you need to bear in mind the following about temperatures:
A sleeping bag does not generate warmth but retains the warmth produced by the body. If you are exhausted and cold, and you get into an ice-cold, damp sleeping bag, you are likely to feel cold, however good its insulating properties are! These temperatures depend on the person's resistance to cold (body mass, fatigue, etc.), their equipment (mattress insulation from the ground, etc.) clothing (naked, underwear, etc.) and weather conditions (humidity, wind, etc.).
A few tips before you get into your sleeping bag:
Dress simply (1 layer of clothing is enough). Keep your head, hands and feet warm: hats, gloves, socks, heating pads, rubdowns, etc. A flask of hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (as long as there is no risk of it opening accidentally!). Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is converted into heat) without making any movement that could cause a draught of cold air. To avoid having to wash your sleeping bag too often, we recommend using a sleeping bag liner (ref: 8382711).
Inner and outer fabric: 100% polyester. Filling: 100% polyester wadding (220 g/m²).
