    Best coat ever!
Thick, warm and weatherproof. No reindeer logo on sleeve this time!

My eldest daughter had one of these a couple of years back. Just ordered one for my youngest. Such a warm and weatherproof, snuggly coat. Just wish you did it in bigger sizes....I would buy one every year for both of my girls.

    Fantastic coat
Warm, waterproof, lots of pockets - perfect None

I have bought three of these coats so far for my two girls and I will keep buying more as they grow out of them for as long as decathlon sell them. I buy a size up and then they last two winters. The first one I bought for my daughter she wore everyday from September until about May for two years and then I passed it on to a friend for her daughter and the coat still looks as good as new. There are no signs of wear at all and the stitching is all in tact, even the pockets and my daughter used to collect stones all the time! These coats really are fantastic. My eldest daughter is on her second winter in her coat and I bought my other daughter her replacement coat in September this year. I like that the colours keep changing as the kids feel like they are getting a different coat each time. So far we have had the purple, dusky pink and deep pink. Next year my little boy will be big enough to fit in one so he will be getting one for sure! These coats are great!!

    Excellent quality warm waterproof coat
Quality at a good price Colour is slightly lighter to picture on the pink

I purchased the smaller size last year for my children they are still in perfect condition even. My children loved them excellent for uk weather. They were not cold even in the Alps at Christmas! I have this year simply bought the larger size as I was so impressed.

Storage Tips
Best stored on a hanger; avoid folding, which can damage the coating. Ensure garment is completely dry before storing in dry and ventilated place.

Synthetic component obtained by combining polyester fibres. More or less air is trapped depending on the size of the fibres. For the same mix of fibres, the thicker the wadding, the more air is trapped, the warmer it is.
Practical details:
Comfort wrists with inner ribbed muff, adjustable hood with fur edging, 4 hand pockets including 2 with flaps, full central zip with windproof flap.
What do you mean by a waterproof jacket?
The resistance of a fabric to water seepage. This is measured using an approved water pressure test. Knowing that the average water pressure of rain varies from 1000 mm to 2000 mm, a fabric is considered waterproof above 2000 mm. Our products resist pressure from 2000 to 10,000 mm. They are therefore very waterproof and suited to even the most extreme weather conditions.
What do you mean by sealed seams or waterproof strips?
These sealed (or taped) seams are closed with waterproof thermo-sealed strips. They are placed behind the seams and are essential for waterproofing clothing so that water cannot enter through capillarity (water being absorbed by the threads and holes of the fabric).
Fabric is made waterproof and windproof by applying a coating or membrane to the inside. Waterproof fabric has the necessary technical characteristics to be considered windproof. Protection from the wind is critical, as whether playing sports or at rest, wind can chill the body significantly.
Testing (materials used in children's clothing):
We thoroughly test the dyeing process to make sure that the dye does not bleed when coming into contact with saliva.
1/ Machine wash (30 to 40°C): fasten rip-tabs and use mild detergent. Wash inside out. Loosen the straps and elasticated parts. 2/ Do not fold the garment too much in the machine: this can cause wear. 3/ Do not mix different clothing types and colours. 4/ Do not bleach. 5/ Wash on a long rinse and gentle spin. 6/ Do not dry clean.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
